I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Woopra (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview process was very quick and efficient. All within a week's time I had a phone screen, a video screen, and then an onsite interview. Communication throughout the process was very appreciated and differed from other interviews I've taken previously. Woopra's recruiter, Ramy, was very open with the process and communicated with me every step of the way. The team knows what they are looking for in a new team member and are a good resource to have even if you are not offered a role. Meeting and creating these relationships was one of the reasons which led to accepting an offer.

Question 1
1. Technical Skills Review
2. Support Experience Review
3. Culture Fit
4. Industry Knowledge
5. Technologies used
The process was straight forward and felt pretty standard for the tech space. Started with a phone screen and then a video call. After that, there was an onsite where I met with leadership and the rest of the team. I'm not sure if "enjoyable" is the right word to describe an interview -- however, I felt it was well thought out and had clear steps throughout the process. Their in house recruiter explained everything very clearly and openly about the process, the company, and who they were looking for.
