Mostly over the phone with HR. The interview was very mundane and did not cover interactions with clients. The job was much more in-depth and strenuous then they led on. Many of the questions were very basic and easy to answer, I am assuming to be universal to all age groups applying for the position. The interviewer was polite and answered all of the questions that I had post interview which was appreciated.
