Interview
I completed an online recorded interview as the first stage process. This was the first time I had completed an interview like this. I initially thought that it did not go well as its felt strange talking to myself and not having the interaction that comes with a face top face interview but overall I liked the convenience and I am attending a final stage face to ace interview later this week.

Interview
First stage was an automatic video interview. Second stage was a 3 hour in person interview. This involved a group activity, one-on-one interview which required you to answer to a STAR format, and finally an analysis of a case study.

very good interview process. The questions recruiter asks are totally sensible and mainly related to your previous role. They ask you to record the online interview first. Once you are selected you get called through to assessment centre .
