WorkDynamX interview questions

The interview was very relaxed and informative. The Talent Acquisition Manager was kind and down to earth. They understood my needs and have helped me find my requested employment. The employer whom I reported to was friendly and helpful in training.

Phone screen, resume submittal, reference submittal, in person interview, I-9 document presentation, background check /drug screen form. Recruiter spoke highly of the insurance companies they provide staffing for, including the ethical business they are, friendly people, and that there are many jobs from the same company. Recruiter stated all the paperwork and face to face needs to be completed in advance. Later in the day I received a communication from recruiter stating sorry, the insurance company gave the job to somebody else so there is no job available. They should have known this before I wasted my time. Perhaps it is their way to screen and discriminate. I never received a new communication about "all the jobs" available. Jersey Staffing is unethical in my opinion. A lot of talk but unable to provide quality employment.
