5 step process. Spent multiple hours interviewing and prepping for mock demo. Took over a week for me to get the next step and I had to reach out to find out what it was. I had to reach out for next steps for each part of the process. It was “they had nothing but good things to say about you” but they are not moving forward with you. One of the worst interview experiences I’ve had. If the interview process went this way, how would it be working for/with them….

Waste of time. Four rounds of interviews, received an email letting me know a decision was in process and never heard from the company again. Tough way to reject candidates in my opinion.
