I had high hopes for Workbar, but my experience with their interview process left me deeply disappointed. From the outset, there were red flags: my initial interview was rescheduled five times, which speaks volumes about their lack of organization and respect for candidates' time. After finally attending the interview, I was assured there would be follow-up communication. Unfortunately, that follow-up never came, despite multiple attempts on my part to check in. This lack of communication not only reflects poor professionalism but also raises serious concerns about how they might treat employees or members. If this is how Workbar handles potential talent, I can only imagine the challenges that might arise in other aspects of their operations. Proceed with caution if you're considering engaging with them, whether as a job candidate or otherwise. I value transparency and accountability in professional settings, and sadly, Workbar did not deliver. I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their processes moving forward.
