Very strange screening interview conducted by the CEO, who joined late with a palm tree video background, wearing a giant sweater and slouching over the webcam. She seemed unenthusiastic, sleepy and completely interested, clearly doing other things while I was responding to questions and not engaging with my responses. She had her face in her hands and was looking around the room a lot. The position as I understood it was client facing, not a technical role, but I was asked very technical questions. Ghosted me after my follow up. Extremely odd, antisocial behavior.
