My interview began with a phone interview with HR, followed by a video interview with the Medical Assistant Manager, and then a final interview with the Senior Medical Assistant Manager. Throughout the process, I was asked standard interview questions focused on my relevant job history and experience working remotely. Both interviews included a clear overview of the role and a detailed discussion about the type of candidate they were looking to hire; specifically, someone who aligned with the company’s mission and values. The process felt thoughtful and intentional, with an emphasis on finding the right fit for both the team and the organization.

It did take some time to hear back for an initial interview but once that was set up the process was fast and easy. Every step was explained at the end of each interview.
