Poor, group interview is a poor method to conduct for a role like this, there is no way for applicants to connect or establish conversation with the interviewers. Having to wait for two weeks after the group interview for any communication is too long.

Nam a situation where you have been in a leadership position within a team
There are Group activity, typing test and 1:1 interview.
You will be in a group of 6 to complete the group activity.
Typing test - they just want to see if you can type.
1:1 interview - a couple of questions.
