My initial call with the HR person seemed to go really well and I felt I ticked all of the boxes within the job spec. Then a few days later, I got the generic 'The hiring manager is moving forward with other candidates whose experience more closely matches the role requirements.' When I asked for feedback? Crickets. I even tried reaching out to the hiring manager on LinkedIn for some clarification but they didn't respond either, I really didn't understand what it was that bumped me down the list and would have liked to know where I could improve. I even emailed the recruiter a second time, no response. Very frustrating. And now I see that the job has been posted up again on LinkedIn.
