Interview
Did a phone interview first with two team members.
Had to then do panel interviews with everyone in the team. Had about six of these panel interviews over a three week period. Lots of rescheduling die to availability.
After team, did two 1-1 interviews with the hiring manager.
Finally did an interview with the director before receiving an offer.
You will have to travel for interviews. In case of urgency, some may be done over video conference.

Question 1
- Discuss various derivative stategies for investors facing market, credit, currency risks
- Distinguishing different types of fixed income derivatives eg cross currency swaps and CDSs
- Explaining how to price these derivatives and any models used
- Correlation on a loan portfolio
- Structuring and pricing of various structured products eg ABSs, CDOs etc

Interview
there are 2 rounds: one online assessment and online interview in Hirevue platform with 4 games. Second round is offline test, assessing accounting and financial modelling in 90mins. Finally is the interview in person.
