I interviewed at World Bank Group (Washington, DC)
Interview
Introduction The first few minutes consist of meeting the interviewer and getting settled into the interview space. This is also their first impression of you, so it's important to make it a positive one by using good posture, eye contact and a firm handshake. The interviewer generally takes the first several minutes of the interview to tell you about their organization. Interview questions The main part of the interview consists of the employer asking you questions and listening to your responses, sometimes taking notes for later reference. Most of the time, this part lasts around 20 minutes.

I interviewed at World Bank Group (Washington, DC)
Interview
Smooth and fair. The interviewers were extremely technical in their approach, and asked questions to ensure I would be a good fit for the technical work at the WB. Overall, the process was very positive and I would recommend.
Process was smooth, it was composed of a first panel interview (personal and behavioural questions) followed by a writing test and a final interview with the director of the department
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at World Bank Group (São Paulo, São Paulo)
Interview
Processo extremamente demorado ( 8 meses) sem feedback do processo, sem calendário para próximos passos, dados imprecisos que deram diversas vezes, fazendo que seria x e depois era y. Processo confuso e desorganizado.
