Interview
Company was hiring, I sent in a resume. Was called in for an interview. Very standard. Met with the manager of the department and a long time employee. Was encouraged to ask just as many questions of them as they did of me. I would almost go so far as to call it a "mutual interview." Follow up call to negotiate starting date with the company.

Nothing out of the ordinary. I was applying for a sales position so they asked questions regarding my personal reaction to disappointment, how I handle difficult or rude people, how comfortable am I on the phone, etc.
