World Help was my dream organization to work at and I was very excited when I received an email inviting me for the interview. As it turns out, I was highly disappointed. My interview was extremely unprofessional held by two women who didn't seem to care much about what I thought about them. Their attitudes were very much of a "We don't need you, you need us" and they made that clear by joking around with each other during the interview practically forgetting I was there. I did not get the job but about a month later World Help emailed me again saying a different position had opened up which they thought I might be interested in. I emailed back to set up an interview time and didn't hear back from them for a week. After sending them a second email, I finally heard back from them saying the position was now closed. It seems to me that this organization does not have much consideration for their potential employees and is not considerate of their time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The most unexpected question in the interview was at the end she asked me to leave with a final "exclamation point", basically a summary of why I should be hired. It's a good question for an interviewer to ask but it took me by surprise nonetheless as I have never had a potential employee ask me to give a "summary" at the end of my interview.
