Applied through a job agency. 15 min of phone interview. After that 10 min of interview video clip was required. The questions were prepared by the company. All of the questions are about behaviors.

Introduce yourself and why did you apply for this job.
I applied online and received a call for a group interview in the following week. The interview was by a panel of about 4 members of the team, and lasted about 45-60 minutes. Thereafter, the group was required to wait for more than an hour for the results of the interview, and successful candidates would then proceed to the second round of interviews the same day.
