I went through a few rounds of interviews with IT Managers and Technical Directors. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. The interview focused on general questions, with an emphasis on customer service and the projects I’ve worked on in the past.

Interview
Two sets of interviews; first with president, which was great. Focused on how prospective employee's skill set integrates with company's long-term goals. Second set was with CEO and Director - both were "fine", but I didn't get the feeling that either were passionate about their jobs, the employees, or the clients themselves. I revoked my application after this set of interviews; was asked to reconsider. I had two other offers; I agreed only because I was curious what they were going to offer.
My job offer was for the position I originally declined, the salary was $2K less than my minimum, and I would lose 2 weeks of vacation/sick time because of their PTO plan. When I negotiated a start date, I was told (via phone, not in writing) the offer was being rescinded - even though I had a signed offer letter from the CEO. It was an extremely unprofessional experience; the only reason I'm leaving a review is because it was THAT unprofessional.
Laid back. Not too many questions of substance. Felt at times I knew a bit more than the person interviewing. Began with some phone screening which was straight forward followed by the in person. I'd say the entire in person interview took about a hour or so. Onboarding/hiring process is a bit non-existent. Kind of here's "your desk, here's some supplies, good luck."

Question 1
Nothing comes to mind. Pretty standard interview questions. Bout a 50/50 split between "tell me about yourself" questions and technical.
