Was approached by the team in November 2023 for an initial interview for the Market Manager role. Did multiple rounds of interviews + case study and presentation, I was rejected for the role with the reason that they wanted someone with more regulatory experience. I asked to be considered for another role (Operational Specialist). After doing multiple interview and case study again, I was rejected at the final stage of the interview as they state that my experience was insufficient. It's quite a bad experience given that I went through multiple rounds of interviews and case studies but was rejected with the reason that I had insufficient experience only at the final interview.

Recruiter was very friendly, but the hiring manager was very arrogant. He arrived 15 minutes late, didn't apologize, and when I started the conversation, he didn't respond for another 30 seconds because he was looking at the computer. Then he laughed at my resume with over 20 years of experience in technology. The only question he asked me was "how did you hear about the position" and "why do you want to work here." He only responded "we'll grow anyway" when I asked about his growth strategy. 5 minutes before the interview, I received an e-mail saying the position was on hold, which was awkward, but I did it anyway. I withdrew my application afterwards.

Interviewed at Worldcoin recently. HR Manager only ask 2 questions which i have provided a detailed response and how relevant my experience is. I got the rejection saying my skills don't match.
