      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wrapped (New York, NY) in May 2019

      Interview

It was a 2 day interview. In both days, you show up early only to wait for about 30-40 minutes in the lounge to be called. The first interview was extremely brief where they would tell you that you'll come back if they like you. The second interview was where I had coffee with one of their trainers where I was taught the basics of direct marketing, roles in their company, and of course asked questions.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wrapped (New York, NY) in May 2019

      Interview

I was required to come in for the first round of interviews where I waited an hour and 45 minutes to be seen. Once I was seen the interview was very quick and they told me they were just looking to put a face to resume. During the first round, I was asked "Can you start as soon as possible" which I responded yes. On the questionnaire sheet, they asked how much I made at my previous/ most recent work which is against the law. That night I was asked back for the second round of interview which would be the very next morning. I went the next morning where I had to be in the office before 10:30 am and was taken out to sit on Broadway writing out a business plan and answer questions for four hours while the person interviewing me talked to pedestrians on the street I believe trying to fundraise for one of their clients. I was then explained what the internship is after five hours of being with them and was told then that it would have to be a full-time job (after being told it could be part-time) 9am-7:15 pm Monday-Friday and I would be paid a daily rate of $30 for a day of work. Once making it to the final round I was given a questionnaire sheet that said: "We expect someone to start as soon as possible. What is your earliest availability? (If it's not tomorrow then please explain why)" I responded that I can start as early as Monday due to me having another job that I would have to give notice. They found this answer unacceptable and even brought me outside rather than having my interview in a proper room. Saying that I said I can start as soon as possible which to them means the very next day. I felt very pressured to start the next day (which would have been a Thursday) even though I asked to start on Monday. They said they would only offer me the job if I was willing to come back the very next day for my first day of work. Overall the interview was
