I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Solihull, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
A standard interview however always asked about whether you have any sales experience or not... Will have to give a good first impression and very upfront with any questions you do have as managers like that quite a lot.
Being too shy is a no no

Tell me about a time you worked well under pressure
I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Basingstoke, England)
Interview
Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

Question 1
What skills I had that are directly transferrable to the role.
Really good, transparent and they emphasize on their training programme which is good. Seems like a nice environment to be a part of. Looking forward to how it proceeds, fingers crossed.
