Initial phone call from recruiter then in person interview. In person interview fairly formal, questioning a bit stringent overall not to bad. More interested in if you can sell things than if you know anything about using CAD or designing kitchens.

Interview
Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

What skills I had that are directly transferrable to the role.
Really good, transparent and they emphasize on their training programme which is good. Seems like a nice environment to be a part of. Looking forward to how it proceeds, fingers crossed.

Easy and not pressure so it make it easy for the people and the feel comfortable with the interview , manager and team leader they were nice so nothing to complain I guess I did not get the job cause I'm in uni that's why so they are not flexible with schedule
