Interview
Before the interview, I was invited to join the FGD. I think the FGD was unfair because there are just 2 HR to oversee the entire group (about 8 Groups with 9 members). Finally just the leader of the group that pass to the next stage. As we know in FGD, the result is from the entire member's opinions, not just because of the leader.

Its a good process that they want to know me for real. A little bit tricky for the question but we have to answer it very fast. The interviewer is good enough for the things that they asked

Interview
HR interview was just exploring yourself and asking your recent activity. The technical interview mostly asking about your ability to work based on your academic background. The interviewers are very easy going. And I didn't feel any tension during the interview process.
