      Sales Associate Interview

      Oct 10, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Culver City, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at XBUSA.COM (Culver City, CA) in Sep 2016

      Interview

If you get a call back for an interview, applaud yourself. I was forgotten about in the process. I spent time making a cover letter, work resume, filling in the application sheet and I don't get anything in return. No e-mail saying if I got an interview or not nor an e-mail saying that I was not selected. I personally called the manager and they gave me the same response on how i have to be patient and that i'll get an e-mail or call whether I got the job interview or not. It's been two months and i have not received anything. The fact that i have not gotten any message or form of message has made me realize how unprofessional they are and their description of 'Fair opportunities' is all a complete lie. If i had this much trouble getting an interview and communicating with them, i can only imagine the agony and headache of being an employee. The store is nice but the management has shown me how much they take high quality-eager employers for granted. So unless you're related to the owner or is a close friend, expect to be treated less than dirt.
