The team was nice, but their hiring process is quite slow and disorganized. No mention of take home assignment, reference check etc. when I first asked HR about hiring process. Scheduled a technical interview, and then notify me it's actually a behavioral round during the interview. After final round, ghosted by HR

Similar to other people, The first round is a 3 hours Coderbyte test. Several days later their HR contacted me for some basic questions. This was followed by another round which was an ML focused take home assignment + interview with the team. Followed with a behavioural round with people higher up in company. Ghosted after that.

After investing significant time in a two-hour exam, followed by a delayed HR call, I was assured of timely follow-up for the next steps. Unfortunately, despite waiting for weeks and sending multiple follow-ups, I only received a rejection without the courtesy of an interview.
This lack of respect for a candidate's time is disappointing and does not reflect well on the company. I hope you consider revisiting your interview process to ensure a more professional and respectful experience for future candidates.
