I had an initial phone screening with the recruiter that went well. I was contacted via phone to schedule the 2nd interview but I was unable to answer so they also emailed me asking for my availability. My 2nd interview with the hiring manager went really great (in my opinion). They even said they really enjoyed talking to me at the end and left things on a very positive note. I felt confident I would make it to the next round. I was ghosted. I followed up with the recruiter via email 2 times and even called and left a message. Initially, I wanted to know the salary range since it was never disclosed and the hiring manager didn't know. The recruiter never got back to me or returned my call. It's very disappointing and reflects very poorly on the company. Unfortunately, this has become the norm for many different jobs and industries now which is incredibly unprofessional.
Had three interviews total. First met with HR on a telephone call. Next, met with the hiring manager and director. Finally, met with the Controller. Mix of behavioral and technical questions.
