I have attended so many interviews from Capgemini, it was interactive as well but one cons about is even after clearing L1 they will take bit longer time to schedule L2 for future process

As I applied for Java full stack developer most of the questions was from backend only
They will ask you about skills and achievements. also they will ask you about Future with company in upcoming years.
Why are you want this opportunity. If they find some one better how can you prove yourself. Then they will give you situation from where you need to manage this.

About projects you have worked on and Managmemt of team
It was nice as 2 tech rounds one hr round all things were great easy asked DSA reactjs and all stuff just prepare well for the interviews are hard and you should be aware of computer fundamentals
