aptitude followed by interview rounds that include technical as well as hr round of interviews. they basically test your analytical skills as it is a KPO. They ask case studies during the interview as well as sizing and analytical questions. interview process is not too difficult only u have to answer confidently and be genuine in your answers.

It was long and not clear in their communication. It took long for them to return back with their answer making the candidate wait for ever. I think they need better HR and hiring team.

It was calm and chill the interviewer was nice and kind of understood i was nervous. Then asked me about m daily work job and also asked why I wanted to apply and then went into the technicalities
