Fairly simple interview process:
- initial call with the hiring manager
- take-home test (SQL, API, python)
- 3/4 hour panel interview.
Following on from completing the test and the panel interview, I had to continuously chase the recruiter from NYC for feedback after the panel interview - after multiple chaser emails sent the recruiter felt a one-liner response was a good way to communicate that they were not going ahead:
" Thanks for the email. We will be going in another direction. Thanks for your interest. Regards, [recruiter's name]"
I found this to be an outrageous comment considering they made me do a test and sit through 3/4 hours worth of interviews. Hugely unprofessional and certainly surprising judging by the size of the company.
My advice is AVOID!
