I always had interest in Xapo, who wouldn’t! Crypto kings! So I applied but they are waiting on a new CTO before they hire! So I went through a the process knowing I would wait!

They dug crazy deep on my values and culture principals! HR knew tech would come after and culture was just as important !
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xapo Bank (Palma de Mallorca) in Feb 2018
Interview
All process was handled remotely, using skype.
Interviews were nice, and interviewer was very helpfull.
There was Five interviews.
One general interview with a recruiter, One more with the head or recruiting, Two interviews with management and one last Technical interview to verify my skills
