Xforia interview questions

This was worst interview I might have faced. HR was desperate to talk to me through phone call, he even called me multiple times when i was busy. After on call, which was supposed to ask me to schedule an interview, he started interview immediately without notice. asked me about myself, each of my work experience, where i worked, my skills, even how I got salary from abroad employers, and more curious how did I start a company abroad. On the same call he immediately offered me payroll and asked me to send my personal documents to finalize the process. Only an hour later, he rejected me stating that I might leave Xforia and worried about my influence. Even HR can be fired someday and his professionalism is not visible anywhere throughout the process. Later he said someone above his role decided to reject me.
