*On campus recruitment - 4 march 2026* Process started with a resume and introduction video shortlisting (20 dec 2025), followed by a HR TECHNICAL round [16 feb 2026]. This round was comparatively easy as the HR checks your confidence. The next round was a 90 min assessment which include aptitude, reasoning, verbal, coding ques(easy -> med ) [21 feb 2026]. The next round was conducted via Curatal [26 feb 2026] , which focused on technical fundamentals such as Python, OOP concepts, and project understanding. The final round was with a senior tech manager [2 march 2026] , where the discussion was more focused on real-world scenarios, system thinking, and in-depth understanding of projects mentioned in the resume. Tips for Future Candidates: 1. Be very clear about your projects and be ready to explain design decisions. 2. Focus on real-world scenarios and edge cases. 3. Have a strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and basic database concepts. 4. Think from a backend/system perspective rather than just implementation.
