A lot of questions regarding processes and how did I suggest any improvements. They were interested in how I manage all of my day to day tasks.
Phone call first quote friendly and to the point. They answered all my questions easily.
Second call with 2 members of the CS team after with general strengths questions and conflict with peers questions. Overall no advancement afterwards.

Interview
Xplor has a 4 part interview process including a take-home practical assessment and behavioral interview. Although it seems a bit intimidating, Xplor made me feel relaxed and like I was already a part of the team throughout the entire process. Their interview process is centered around their values and gives the candidate a feel of what working at Xplor is really like.
