Interview
After phone screener it was an interview with the creative director and chief marketing officer. Typical design questions about past experience. When asked if they offered any pro dev they didn't quite understand what that meant so I'd take it as a no. They required an unpaid design challenge with no set time limit to work on it that was due in 3 days. I received an automated rejection email which was kind of weird after having talked to a few humans. Normally a person would email me but it says a lot about the company that nobody took the time to provide even generic feedback on why they didn't move forward with me.
