Telephonic interview with company head, who asks some basic questions and gave an overall brefing of their projects. The interview mainly focusses on the depth of Ruby coding. Company head was a easy g person who bellieves in growing together as a team. After that there was another technical interview with the team.

Interview
First round was technical and second round was managerial round. Both was quite easy. Asked some aptitude question and the interview process was very friendly. I got offer letter at the next day of interview itself
