Interview
Initial phone screen going over experience, certs, and salary expectations, and then a 2nd interview at the office. The 2nd interview consisted of a series of word problems which the interviewer and I went through together.

They asked no technical questions, but seemed more interested in how I answered word problems, and the processes I took to come up with an answer.
