      Customer Service Specialist Interview

      Nov 20, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at YAPI in Sep 2020

      Interview

First interview over the phone just to get to know you initially and tell you about the position. Got an email and confirmed a second appointment for a virtual interview with HR and the recruiter. Got an email for the third interview with lead and manager of the actual department I'm applying for. The interview all seemed very relaxing and friendly. They ask you standard behavioral questions like tell me a time when you had a disagreement with a coworker and how you handled it. They seemed impressed by my answer. I felt very confident I was going to get the position once I got the third interview completed. Nothing seemed like a red flag to me. But ultimately, I got an email saying they were moving on and I got no offer or explanation why they moved on. I'd like to think the person they hired blew them out of the water.
