The hiring process was a joke. The questions asked did not qualify my experience or test my abilities. They were C-grade questions that demonstrated that very little thought was put into the interviewing/selection process. I was offered the job on the spot which was nice, but then I was called back to do a background check and drug test. The process was backwards.
