The HR pic called for screening, then drop an email to arrange for an interview. Only 1 interview session with reporting manager. The interview session quite flexible, sometimes they allow to conduct it after 6pm

Purely discussing on previous/current work experience and relates it to the job requirement. Manager brief about the team and what are the tasks they performing.
