Small paper to evaluate problem solving skills and field knowledge .
Interview 20-30 miniutes evaluated attitude and ccomputer science bssic concepts.
Friendly discussion with CEO 20-30 miniutes.
Inform about interview status through email.

Interview
The interview was a little bit informal. They were really not prepared for what to ask. Typical coding questions were not in the interview. One tech lead was friendly and supportive all the way while the other one was not. Overall the interview was a failure for me.
