I was sent an email inviting me to interview and created an appointment. I sent time researching the company and learning as much as I could in preparation for my interview. About an hour before my interview time, the meeting is canceled without any communication other than the Google email I received stating that it was taken off my calendar. Highly unprofessional and a bad look for the company. They missed out on an outstanding candidate. How difficult is it to send an e-mail stating that the job had been filled or that the job was no longer available? #gross
