It was a very streamlined process: 1) Phone interview 2) 4 hour in-person interview with hiring manager and 3 other members of various teams Each interviewer had a question sheet, but each person varied in how they approached the interview. Some stuck with the sheet, while most of them veered off based on our conversation (I believe going off-sheet is a good sign). I believe they're trying to not only evaluate your experience and what value you'd add to the team, you're being assessed for cultural fit and work style. Luckily, my work search also prioritized work culture. I researched each company extensively on Glassdoor and other online reviews. I was wary reading some of the Yakima Glassdoor reviews, but reading through the pages of reviews, I was able to glean: - this company had good people to work with, review after review this was touted - about 3-4 years ago, there was some company turmoil with cultural misunderstanding and misalignment with the new owners and management - once the new CEO, Ryan, came in, he helped to make great strides to bridge that gap
