What was the reason I chose my university department?
Everything was easy, they don’t ask technical questions. You are speaking with several people.
I’m not sure how they evaluate or filter candidates, or what specific criteria they consider during the selection process.
First there was a general aptitude and English test, after you pass that, you get to select the department you want to work for, after that you have a one-on-one interview with the head of the department you will be interning for where they explain the position to you and generally ask you to describe yourself, no technical questions.
