The process began with an initial screening call, where a recruiter discussed the basic qualifications and fit for the role. This step ensured that my skills and experiences aligned with the company's requirements.
Upon successfully completing the technical assessment, I was invited to a panel interview with key members of the design and product teams. This step provided an opportunity to delve deeper into my portfolio, discuss my design process, and answer situational questions.
The panel interview also included a segment where I presented a case study from my portfolio. I chose to present the Meditation & Mindfulness App project, highlighting my research, design decisions, and the impact of my work.
