Decide what skills you want candidates to have. Select interview questions to assess must-have skills. Determine how you will score candidates' answers (e.g. 'poor' to 'excellent') Ensure you talk about job duties, benefits, company strategy and mission.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Yard (New York, NY) in Sep 2016
Interview
Interview process was very pleasant. HR manager was friendly, interested, and enthusiastic. Ultimately, they dragged it out just a bit too long, so I decided to go with a different agency (they eventually reached out with an offer a few weeks after I'd already accepted another position), but I would definitely consider re-applying in the future.
