First round was online written exam consisting of technical concepts. Second and third round was with higher management people like CTO and CEO and I was asked some general puzzles and thinking algorithmically. I was asked to explain some concepts in a way , so that a 10 yr old kid can understand. I was also asked why do you want to come into software role.
