Year Up United interview questions

Recruiter didn't show up for two scheduled phone interviews. I spent time preparing and researching the company, so this was very demoralizing and disappointing. I declined her offer to schedule a third interview.

Very straightforward, screening call with recruiter, interview with two team members, interview with boss. The two team members basically ask the same question in multiple ways. Everything happens very quickly and is clearly defined. Unfortunately, the job itself is never fully laid out so it becomes increasingly difficult to answer the interview questions. You kind of have to guess at what they're looking for.
