The interview process was very positive and well-structured. Everyone I spoke with was both professional and approachable, and the conversations covered a wide range of topics, which gave me a comprehensive view of the role and the company. The interview process consists of four rounds:

Second Round: Interview with the Sales Manager, focusing on sales skills and experience.
Third Round: Discussion with a current Sales Representative to provide insight into the day-to-day role and team dynamics.
Final Round: Meeting with the CEO for a strategic overview and final evaluation.
