Disappointed, gave literally 4 rounds of interviews which includes 2 assignments. Kept on following up and they delayed their best to respond me. They kept me in loop though saying nice things and kept my hopes high only to REJECT me in the end. Stop demotivating candidates.

After that, I was asked to complete and submit a work-related assignment. The process was structured and focused on assessing both communication skills and practical ability.
