*Positive Interview Experience*
The interview process began with an outreach from an internal recruiter on LinkedIn. We discussed the role and my background to see if it was a good fit.
Next, I had interviews with several employees, including the hiring manager. The conversations were enjoyable and included some casual discussion to break the ice. We then dived into the role, with questions about my approach to communication strategy and tactics involving different regions.
Each interviews were all around 30 minutes long and had a relaxed and productive feel.
Overall, it was a positive interview experience.
