Depends on your position, but normally it will take 2-3 rounds. - Demo class: 30 minutes with simulated students. I think they may pick from their part-time staff or students. Computer and screen, markers, blue stack will be provided. You will need to teach a lesson based on the level (If you are applying to junior/kids - A junior lesson, if you applying to IELTS - an IELTS lesson, if you are an academic teacher - I got junior level but I heard it could be randomised). - Interview: a 45 to 60 minutes interviewing with the head teacher just to clarify things in your resume and what you would expect from the company. - There will be an additional round for applicants applying to teach IELTS, you will need to do an IELTS test that determine your level. - The HR Department was very nice and the staff were supportive. The interviewer, the observer, and the simulated students are super cooperative and polite. Everything about the benefits is clear. They sent you the documents and the onboarding process as soon as you reply to them. Very efficient team.
