It is a long process. But they are very interested in making sure you are a good fit at the firm. Expect multiple interviews and assessments along the way. You will meet with multiple staff members at the firm as part of the process.

Very rigorous, 4 interviews (screening, testing, manager and then director). The screening is the most difficult for people to get past. However, if you can get past that and you actually are an accountant you can pass the testing and then the interviews are very detailed.

The first interview is 1.5 hours and consists of an accounting exam and an Excel assessment. The second interview includes a case study that you prepare before the meeting. The interview is 2 hours long and includes several behavioral type questions.
